An insanely delicious & spicy Peri-Peri sauce, made from fresh Latvian-grown African Bird's Eye chillies, tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic and a combination of tasty spices.

Serving suggestions: Use as a marinade for fish & meat before grilling or oven-roasting, or simply on its own as a table sauce. This sauce also goes well with cold cuts and cheeses, soups etc. Why not mix it with ketchup or mayonnaise to create spicy ketchup or 'Perinaise'?

Ingredients: Fresh Bird's Eye chillies, red onion, red pepper, tomatoes and garlic (all from our farm in Kaibala), lemon juice & zest, red wine vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, sugar, paprika powder, oregano, bay leaves.
