This sauce was originally created by special request for the Banshee Bar in Riga old town, as they wanted a locally-crafted sauce for their hot wing challenge - now you can buy your own bottle!

Ingredients: Latvian-grown chilli peppers (60%, Red & Yellow Carolina Reaper, Ghost, Chocolate & Red Habanero, Scotch Bonnet), oven-roasted Latvian garlic (20%), apple cider vinegar, Latvian honey, onion, tomato, carrot, olive oil, salt, spices, xanthan gum, citric acid.
