Created in partnership with the Banshee Bar in Riga old town, as they wanted a quality, handcrafted sauce made with locally-grown chillies for their hot wing challenge. Due to its success the challenge has since been launched at the Thirsty Bulldog bar too!

Ingredients: Latvian-grown chilli peppers (60%, Red & Yellow Carolina Reaper, Ghost, Chocolate & Red Habanero, Scotch Bonnet), oven-roasted Latvian garlic (20%), apple cider vinegar, Latvian honey, onion, tomato, carrot, olive oil, salt, spices, xanthan gum, citric acid.
