This delicious, fiery hot Sriracha sauce is made to a traditional Thai recipe from Latvian-grown Thai chillies, super-hot chillies & garlic.

Serving suggestions: great served with ramen & other Asian dishes, meat & fish, cheese, in soups and with BBQ dishes. Also great as a dip, either on its own or added to mayo, ketchup etc. to create a milder dip with a kick.

Ingredients: Latvian-grown fermented chillies (see below) & garlic, water, rice vinegar, salt, sugar.
